• 1.2 Cancellations: You may cancel your ticket up to 24 hours before the scheduled date for a full refund.
• 1.3 Bad Weather or Park Closure: If the park is closed due to weather or other emergencies, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• 1.4 How to Request a Refund: Email us at support@gowaterparktsb.com with your order ID and reason for refund.
