• 1.1 Delivery Method: All tickets are sent via email and/or SMS immediately after successful payment.
• 1.2 Ticket Not Received: If you do not receive your ticket within 10 minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
• 1.3 Resending Tickets: We can resend tickets if you contact us with your order number and registered email.
• 1.4 No Physical Delivery: We do not offer physical delivery of tickets or passes. All services are digitally fulfilled.
